Terms and Conditions of Booking
Accommodation
Accommodation is not included in the registraiton fee. Please visit www.meeting.co.uk/chancellors for details of on-site delegate accommodation.
Confirmation
When we have received confirmation of your booking, we will send you a confirmation email. An invoice will be sent to you shortly after. Your receipt will follow once full payment has been received. If you request to be invoiced, please note our payment terms are 28 days from date of invoice. We must receive full payment prior to the event.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be made in writing to:

All cancellations must be received by us no later than 5th November 2009. Such cancellations are subject to an administration charge of £40.
